Using a platter or food-safe serving board, assemble long lines of each fruit, in rainbow order, leaving room for a dip at the end.

Alternatively, you could arrange the fruit in the shape of a rainbow, or simply leave space for a dish of fruit dip.

Make Ahead Tips

To make a fruit tray ahead for a party, I recommend storing prepared and cut fruit in separate containers, and then assembling prior to serving.

Be sure to not add the dip until prior to serving. And keep prepared fruit and the dip refrigerated until serving!
