With June underway it feels like summer is here — and that’s definitely reflected in the cool, refreshing flavors and foods I prepped this week!

I’m prioritizing nourishing, easy foods prepped for my kids so we can just have fun and thrive this summer — and also high fiber, high protein foods for myself! Because moms (and dads!) deserve to thrive, too!
