With June underway it feels like summer is here — and that’s definitely reflected in the cool, refreshing flavors and foods I prepped this week!

If you follow me on social media, you’ll see I’ve started a new series – my mom & mini summer meal prep series. I’m sharing two videos each week – a minis prep and a mom prep. I’m prioritizing nourishing, easy foods prepped for my kids so we can just have fun and thrive this summer — and also high fiber, high protein foods for myself! Because moms (and dads!) deserve to thrive, too!
