Weekly Meal Prep | January 26th
As a dietitian, I LOVE the benefits of cooking at home — but realistically, most of us don’t have time to make everything we eat, every day. Enter: my love of meal prep! Each Sunday I share a meal prep of one breakfast, one lunch, and one snack/ treat — at least! Sometimes I do more, but this usually helps get our week off to an easier start.
This is SUCH a delicious week!
- Breakfast: Breakfast Bento Boxes with Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal, hard boiled eggs with everything but the bagel seasoning, and fresh strawberries.
- Lunch: Chicken BLT Salad (made in salad jars) with my latest obsession – my lighter and higher protein dupe of Chick-fil-a’s Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing.
- Sweet Treat: Almond Butter Protein Balls
