Pumpkin puree uses go way beyond pie! Whether you have a can of pumpkin puree hanging out in your pantry or some pumpkin puree leftover from another recipe that needs to be used, this list shares 30 ideas for general uses for pumpkin puree to specific pumpkin recipes!

  1. Smoothies.
  2. Chia pudding.
  3. Pumpkin pasta sauce.
  4. Stir in marinara or another sauce.
  5. Use as a thickener in stews or chilis.
  6. DIY pumpkin spice latte: blend a tablespoon of pumpkin puree plus a 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice and milk or creamer of choice into a mug of coffee or black or chai tea.
