Substitutions & Variations

  • Top it: Up the coffee shop vibes by topping with your favorite whipped cream and an additional sprinkle of cinnamon and drizzle of honey.
  • Make it Vegan: Use your favorite plant-based milk and substitute maple syrup or agave instead of honey.
  • Dairy-Free: Use a creamy plant-based milk, like almond milk, cashew milk, or oat milk.
  • Sweetness: Sweeten to your personal preference. You may find you like even less sweetener, or you may prefer more. You do you!
  • Hot Latte: Prepare as written
  • Cold Cinnamon Honey Latte: Warm the milk just warm enough to let the cinnamon and honey blend in easier. Then pour over the espresso and then pour the whole drink over ice.
    • Bonus Tip! Freeze coffee in an ice cube tray to make coffee ice cubes that won’t dilute your beverage as you sip.
