Welcome back to another dietitian weekly meal prep! As a former meal prep hater, I’m now its biggest fan! But the key is to do it in a way that works for you – meal prep should make your life easier, not add more stress! And that’s my biggest benefit — a little upfront work lets me think less and my family and I eat healthier during the week. Total win!
