Anyone else still covered in snow and ice? Because we are! Don’t get me wrong, I’m super grateful that my family is safe at home with power and no place to be…but as much as I enjoy cooking, I don’t love doing it every single meal of every single day! Which is why I’m still meal prep’s biggest fan. Here we go!
