Weekly Meal Prep | March 2nd

Happy Sunday and happy March! Let’s dive into another weekly meal prep round up! The theme of this week is quick and easy. We’re using some convenience foods, like salad kits, and then using some recipes with minimal hands on prep time and minimal cooking time. Everything can be done in less than 60 minutes of hands-on prep time.

All the recipes this week are tried and true favorites, or new variations on tried and true faves, like my viral protein chia seed pudding.

Easy Air Fryer Salmon

Get the recipe! This salmon takes less than 10 minutes, making it ideal for some quick meal prep (when paired with salad kits – this was a Southwestern Salad Kit from Sam’s Club). It’s also a great recipe to have on hand for a super quick weeknight meal, especially as busy spring sports season is starting up again.
