- Kiwi – you can peel, or not, your choice! But know that there’s fiber in the peel, and it blends up easily!
- Pineapple – adds a refreshing, tropical flavor.
- Spinach – always down with adding a sneaky veggie you can’t even taste!
- Greek Yogurt – I prefer a no added sugar vanilla Greek yogurt to boost protein and creaminess. You can use unsweetened, but note that you may need to add a little honey or other sweetener of your choice.
- Milk – use whatever kind you like to drink! (Note that dairy and soy will add a little more protein, as will using a protein shake.)

- Freeze Kiwi – for an extra thick and creamy smoothie, you can pre-freeze the kiwi slices, and use frozen pineapple chunks, too.

Kiwi Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 green kiwi fruit
- ½ cup pineapple chunks
- ½ cup Greek yogurt vanilla, zero sugar
- 1 cup spinach
- ¼ cup milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until creamy and smooth. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
