Weekly Meal Prep | March 29

Welcome back to another weekly meal prep! Let this serve as your reminder that eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated. I love my little meal prep habit – not because it’s perfect and knocks out all my meals for the week, but because it sets me up for a strong week of healthier choices being the easy choice!

A little time spent prepping and you set yourself up with:

  • High protein options
  • More plants
  • Balanced, easy meals
  • Healthier snacking for my kids/ us
  • Things you can actually grab and eat during a busy week
  • Meals you ACTUALLY look forward to eating!

My main goal for food preps is to make my life (and yours!) easier during the week — namely, to make it easier to eat more protein and more plants.
