Weekly Meal Prep | January 11th
Welcome back to another simple, busy dietitian mom meal prep! I’m always preaching to do what works for you – and this style of prep works well for me and my fam! I make one breakfast, one lunch/ main meal, and one snack to kick the week off. We of course eat more than this throughout the week, but this helps us get off to a great start — and avoids prepped food hanging out in the fridge for too long!
