Weekly Meal Prep | October 26th

Welcome back to another dietitian weekly meal prep! If you’re new around here, here’s how I personally choose to meal prep to make it more manageable for my life: I select one breakfast, one lunch, and one sweet treat or snack. I find this is a great way to get my family and I off to a great start for the week, without getting overwhelmed and spending too much time meal prepping. But as always, do what works for you!
