  • Kiwi – you can peel, or not, your choice! But know that there’s fiber in the peel, and it blends up easily!
  • Pineapple – adds a refreshing, tropical flavor.
  • Spinach – always down with adding a sneaky veggie you can’t even taste!
  • Greek Yogurt – I prefer a no added sugar vanilla Greek yogurt to boost protein and creaminess. You can use unsweetened, but note that you may need to add a little honey or other sweetener of your choice.
  • Milk – use whatever kind you like to drink! (Note that dairy and soy will add a little more protein, as will using a protein shake.)

  • Freeze Kiwi – for an extra thick and creamy smoothie, you can pre-freeze the kiwi slices, and use frozen pineapple chunks, too.

Ingredients

  • 2 green kiwi fruit
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt vanilla, zero sugar
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until creamy and smooth. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
