Reasons You’ll Love This Recipe:

This cream cheese yogurt fruit dip is a delicious snack, perfect for parties, snack boards, or even to serve with fruit for an after school snack.

  • Few Ingredients: all you need are four basic ingredients!
  • Quick to Make: toss everything into a food processor, give it a good blend, and that’s it.
  • Can Make Ahead: this dip can stay in the fridge for up to 3-4 days, making it a great option to make a day ahead of your party.
  • Family-Friendly: my youngest is OBSESSED with this dip, particularly paired with pineapple (which I must say, is a particular favorite combo of mine, too!)
  • Boost of Protein – using Greek yogurt adds 5 grams of protein to a 1/4 cup serving of dip.

Ingredient Notes & Substitutions:

  • Neufchatel Cheese – neufchatel is a reduced fat cream cheese that has all the same tastes but a little less fat.
  • Greek Yogurt – vanilla or plain works, or even a combo, if that’s all you have! If you’re using a sweetened vanilla option, use less sweetener.
  • Honey – or your preferred sweetener of choice.
  • Vanilla Bean Paste – you can use vanilla extract, too, but I love vanilla bean paste for its flavor and the little specks of vanilla bean it adds to the dip.

Tips and Variations

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for better blending! If not, it may end up a little lumpy and won’t blend as well.
  • Adjust sweetener based on both personal preference and the type of Greek yogurt you’re using.
  • Add other flavors – cinnamon, 1/4 tsp almond extract, peanut butter, cocoa powder — there are tons of ways to add extra flavor here!
