Weekly Meal Prep | August 17th

We have officially been back-to-school for a couple of weeks now, and I have to say that I am loving being back in our normal school routine! And per usual, meal prep is helping us keep it together SO much! Here’s what’s on deck for this week!

  1. Mediterranean Meatball Bowls with Turkey Feta Meatballs, Cucumber Orzo Salad, and Parsley and Tomato Salad
  2. Greek Yogurt Banana Muffins — made as minis!
  3. Homemade Uncrustables (made with Sunbutter to be school-friendly, since our kids go to a nut-free school).
  4. Freggie Box! Having a freggie, or fruit and veggie, box prepped is KEY with helping us all eat more fruits and vegetables. Plus it helps make lunch packing a breeze, with everything prepped and ready to go.
