Weekly Meal Prep | August 17th
We have officially been back-to-school for a couple of weeks now, and I have to say that I am loving being back in our normal school routine! And per usual, meal prep is helping us keep it together SO much! Here’s what’s on deck for this week!

- Mediterranean Meatball Bowls with Turkey Feta Meatballs, Cucumber Orzo Salad, and Parsley and Tomato Salad
- Greek Yogurt Banana Muffins — made as minis!
- Homemade Uncrustables (made with Sunbutter to be school-friendly, since our kids go to a nut-free school).
- Freggie Box! Having a freggie, or fruit and veggie, box prepped is KEY with helping us all eat more fruits and vegetables. Plus it helps make lunch packing a breeze, with everything prepped and ready to go.
