Weekly Meal Prep | January 4th

Happy New Year and welcome to the first meal prep post of 2026! If you’re new around here, my meal prep philosophy is pretty simple — keep it simple! I love meal prepping, as it helps make healthy eating more convenient for my family and I, but I don’t want to spend forever doing it. I also like to have some variety during the week!

So for me, my go-to prep is a breakfast, a lunch, and a snack/ healthier sweet treat that can get my family and I off to a solid start each week. And per usual, I like to prioritize high protein and high fiber meals.
