Weekly Meal Prep | September 28th

This week’s meal prep is focused on making life easier (as any meal prep should!). We’ve got an easy, high protein/ high fiber grab-and-go breakfast that the whole family loves, plus a protein we can pair with multiple options, as well as a main dish for dinner tonight, that can also serve as lunch meal prep, too. Oh, and a little snack recipe for the kids, too! (And let’s be real – my husband and I enjoy the snack, too!)
