My story

My journey with nutrition became personal when I was diagnosed with PCOS and hypothyroidism.

I quickly realized that how I eat has a huge impact on how I feel – my energy, mood, focus, everything.

But between building a business, raising a family, and staying involved in my community, I didnโ€™t have time for complicated routines or perfect plans.

Thatโ€™s when I found what actually works:

My background

Iโ€™m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of North Florida (and a music degree, too, because why not?).

I completed my dietetic internship through Utah State University and have experience in both clinical and public health nutrition.

Translation: Iโ€™ve seen nutrition from all angles, and I know that what works in theory has to work in real life, too.
