If not already popped, pop popcorn and spread out on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan. Set aside.

Place freeze dried strawberries into a small resealable bag and use a meat tenderizer, rolling pin, or other hard object to beat and crush the strawberries into a powder. (You could use a food processor, too!) Set crushed strawberries aside.

To a small, microwave-safe bowl, add white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 1 minute, then remove and stir. Continue to microwave at 15-30 second intervals, stirring thoroughly each time until melted.
1/2 cup white chocolate chips, 2 teaspoons coconut oil
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn, then generously sprinkle the powdered strawberries on top. Toss together, then let set for 15 minutes, or until set. Store in an airtight container at room temperature and enjoy!
