Preheat oven to 450°F and set aside a sheet pan.
Take the sausage links and lightly, diagonally score them tops and bottoms. Place on the sheet pan, along with chopped potatoes and broccoli. Add oil and seasonings and gently toss until everything is evenly seasoned. Spread into an even layer, without anything overlapping.
1 pound Italian sausage links, 1 pound broccoli, 1 pound baby gold potatoes, 2 tablespoons avocado oil, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Place sheet pan in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, add honey and mustard to a small bowl and stir to combine.
2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons whole grain dijon mustard
After the first 15 minutes of roasting, remove the sheet pan. Pour the honey mustard sauce over everything and gently move and toss everything around until evenly coated. Return to the oven and bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve. Enjoy!
