These Roasted Frozen Green Beans are a deliciously easy side dish with green beans straight from the freezer, generously tossed with savory spices and parmesan cheese and roasted.
Preheat: Preheat oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Season: To a large bowl, add the frozen green beans, oil, and seasonings and toss to evenly coat all the green beans. Transfer the green beans to the prepared sheet pan and spread them out into a single layer so they are not touching or overlapping.
12 ounces frozen fine green beans, 1 tablespoon avocado oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Roast: Place the sheet pan in the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
Add Parmesan: Remove the green beans from the oven, use a spatula to toss them around, and then sprinkle the parmesan cheese all over the green beans. Return the green beans to the oven and roast for another 10-12 minutes, or until cheese has melted and crisped.
