Add all ingredients to your blender, then blend on high for 1-2 minutes, until everything is completely pulverized. Depending on the size of your blender, you may find it much easier to split everything in half and run two batches.
8 ounces baby spinach, 1 pineapple, 1 granny smith apple, 1 English cucumber, 1 inch fresh ginger, 8 ounces filtered water
Pour the juice into a fine mesh sieve or a cheesecloth straining bag that's placed over a large bowl. Gently squeeze the bag or use a spoon to help press juice through the sieve, until all the juice has been strained.
Pour the strained juice into a mason jar or individual meal prep juice jars. Refrigerate and enjoy within 3-4 days!
To Make in a Juicer:
Add all ingredients to your juicer and juice until everything is done. Note that if using a juicer, you don't need to add filtered water like with blending. However, this will result in a smaller total juice yield.
8 ounces baby spinach, 1 pineapple, 1 granny smith apple, 1 English cucumber, 1 inch fresh ginger
Since the juice is already strained, pour the juice into a storage container, or individual glass juice jars. Refrigerate and enjoy within 3-4 days!
