Divide the ingredients evenly between two Ninja Creami pints.
20 ounces pineapple chunks in juice, 1/2 cup milk, 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
Stir until protein powder has dissolved, then make sure all pineapple chunks are fully submerged for a smooth surface.
Cover and transfer to the freezer. Freeze for 24 hours.
Remove pint from the freezer and let set at room temperature for 15 minutes. Spin on the “lite ice cream” setting, doing a re-spin if needed. If your mixture is still crumbly, add a tablespoon of milk and re-spin again.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
