Ingredients

Greek yogurt
plain, fat free

apple cider vinegar

extra virgin olive oil

honey

Dijon mustard

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together until thoroughly emulsified.
1 cup Greek yogurt,
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar,
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
2 tablespoons honey,
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard,
1/4 teapsoon salt,
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Serve immediately on a salad of your choice, or refrigerate.
