Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue to microwave in 15-30 second intervals, followed by stirring, until chocolate is fully melted. Pour melted chocolate onto a parchment paper-lined quarter sheet pan (or plate) and use a rubber spatula to spread into a thin layer.

Top melted chocolate with sliced strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Place the pan in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes, or until chocolate has hardened.
