Ingredients

pound
tomatoes
diced

fresh mozzarella
diced

cup
fresh basil
diced

tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil

teaspoon
balsamic vinegar

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
kosher salt
pinch
black pepper
dippers of choice
crostini, pita chips, etc.
Instructions
Finely dice tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. Use a strainer and/ or a clean towel or paper towel to strain and blot excess moisture out of the tomatoes.
1 pound tomatoes,
4 ounces fresh mozzarella,
1/2 cup fresh basil
Add the tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, oil, balsamic, and seasonings to a medium-sized bowl, then gently toss to combine. Adjust seasonings to taste.
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil,
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar,
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder,
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt,
pinch black pepper
Serve immediately with assorted dippers and enjoy!
