Ingredients

chicken breast
cooked, diced

diced celery

cottage cheese

teaspoon
garlic powder
Instructions
Add diced chicken, celery, carrots, and green onions to a large bowl and set aside.
3 cups chicken breast,
1/2 cup diced celery,
1/2 cup grated carrots,
2 stalks green onions
To a blender, add the cottage cheese, hot sauce, and spices. Blend for 1-2 minutes, until creamy and smooth.
1/2 cup cottage cheese,
1/4 cup hot sauce,
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley,
1/4 teaspoon onion powder,
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Pour the sauce over the chicken salad ingredients in the bowl and stir to evenly combine.
Serve as desired and enjoy!
