To a blender, add cottage cheese, hot sauce, and seasonings and blend until smooth. Note that If you like your buffalo sauce with more kick, use 1/2 cup hot sauce, but if you like yours a little more mild, use 1/4 cup. If you're using 1/4 cup, you may need to add 1-2 tablespoons of water to get the sauce mixture blending.
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1/4-1/2 cup hot sauce, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
To a slow cooker, add the chicken and the blended sauce. Make sure the chicken is entirely coated in the sauce, then cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours, or until chicken reaches 165° internally.
1 pound chicken breasts
Shred chicken, then stir back in with the sauce.Note that the sauce may have separated slightly, and that's okay, just stir it back together!
