4high-fiber tortillas

Instructions
Remove tendons from chicken tenderloins. Place chicken tenderloins in a bowl and toss with avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket, careful not to overlap tenderloins. Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes. (Chicken is done when it reaches 165°F internally).
While the chicken is air frying, wash and thinly slice the romaine. In a small bowl, toss the lettuce with Caesar dressing, then set aside.

When the chicken is done, transfer them to a clean bowl, add buffalo sauce, and toss to evenly coat.

To assemble the wraps, place a tortilla down and top with the Caesar salad, chicken tenderloins, and then crumble parmesan cheese crisps on top. Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll the tortilla up.
If you want a little extra crunch, sear both sides of the wrap in a skillet over medium-high heat for a couple minutes on each side, to get it toasted and crisped. (Place seam side down first!).
Serve immediately and enjoy!
