Ingredients

naan

cup
barbecue sauce
no added sugar

cup
cooked chicken
shredded
¼
cup
red onion slices

cup
shredded mozzarella cheese

tablespoon
green onion
or cilantro, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a pan with parchment paper and place a piece of naan on top.

Evenly spread 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce on top of the naan.
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
To a small bowl, add the shredded chicken and remaining barbecue sauce and toss to combine. Spread the chicken in an even layer on top of the naan.
1 cup cooked chicken
Next layer cheese, to help secure all of the shredded chicken, the place the red onion slices on top.
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese,
1/4 cup red onion slices
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the naan are crispy and lightly browned and the cheese has melted.
Top with chopped green onion or cilantro and an extra drizzle of barbecue sauce (if desired). Serve and enjoy!
