Spread peanut butter on one side of the frist slice of bread and jam on the other slice of bread. Nestle banana slices into the peanut butter, then close the sandwich, with the jelly side facing the peanut butter banana side.
Use an uncrustable maker to cut and crimp the air fryer pbj sandwich together, to seal the sides.
Spray one side of the sandwich with a nonstick spray (or brush with a little melted butter or oil) and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Turn the sandwich over and repeat on the other side.
Place sandwich in the air fryer basket, then air fry at 400°F for 4-5 minutes, or until sandwich has a crisp, golden brown crust.
