These Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats are the make-ahead fall breakfast you'll want in your fridge on repeat. Packed with 39 grams of protein and 11 grams of fiber, this cozy bowl keeps you full for hours with minimal effort.
Add everything (except diced apples) to a small bowl or meal prep jar and stir until combined.
1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon almond butter, 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats, 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Stir in half of the diced apples.
1/2 cup diced apple
Top with remaining diced apples and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Close the jar and store in the fridge overnight, or until set (at least 4 hours).
When ready to serve, give it a stir and add an additional splash of milk if you prefer your oats to be a little thinner. Serve and enjoy!

Nutrition information will vary based on exact ingredients used (I use Fairlife Ultra-Filtered Fat Free Milk and Clean Simple Eats Vanilla Protein Powder and did not use the maple syrup).
