ground turkey

feta cheese
crumbled

bread crumbs

yellow onion

fresh parsley

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and set aside a sheet pan (line with parchment paper for easier clean up, if desired).
To a large bowl, add the turkey, feta, egg, onion, herbs, garlic, and bread crumbs. Gently stir together until just combined (don't overmix).
1 pound ground turkey,
1/2 cup feta cheese,
1/2 cup bread crumbs,
1/4 cup yellow onion,
1/4 cup fresh parsley,
1 large egg,
3 cloves garlic
Use a cookie scoop to scoop meatballs, then roll smooth and round with clean hands (wet your hands if the meat mixture is sticking).
Arrange meatballs on baking sheet, then bake for 16-18 minutes, or until done and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
