18ouncescheese tortellini(from refrigerated section, not dried)
1cupgrated mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and set aside a 9x9" (or similar sized) baking pan.
Add ground turkey and seasonings to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Use a meat chopper or spatula to break the meat up and brown the meat, stirring occasionally until cooked through (5-7 minutes). Remove from heat.
To the baking pan, add the browned turkey, marinara sauce, water, and blended cottage cheese. Stir to combine. Add the tortellini and chopped spinach and stir again.
24 ounces marinara sauce, 1/2 cup water, 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 cups spinach, 18 ounces cheese tortellini
Layer the shredded mozzarella on top of the tortellini mixture, then cover with foil (if your mixture is touching the foil, you can spray the foil with nonstick spray so that the cheese won't stick to it).
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake uncovered for another 10-15 minutes, or until the baked pasta is bubbling and cheese is melted.
Let cool a few minutes before serving, then serve and enjoy!
