Ingredients

pineapple
diced

Roma tomatoes
diced

red bell pepper
diced
½
red onion
diced

jalapeno
seeds and membranes removed, diced

cup
cilantro
chopped

lime
juice
salt to taste
Instructions
Add all diced and chopped ingredients to a large bowl. Squeeze lime juice on top and toss to combine.

1/2 cup cilantro,
1 lime
Taste the pico and adjust seasoning with salt, if needed. Serve immediately and enjoy!
