creamy peanut butter

cottage cheese

Instructions
Add banana slices, cocoa powder, peanut butter, cottage cheese, milk, and honey to a blend. Blend 1-2 minutes, or until smooth.

1/2 cup cottage cheese,
1/2 cup milk,
2 teaspoons honey
If you desire a thicker, creamier smoothie, add ice and blend again until smooth.
