Instructions
Add pesto salad dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together.
2 tablespoons pesto,
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil,
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
In a large bowl, add chopped nectarines, cucumbers, tomatoes, and mozzarella pearls and toss to combine.

1 cup cucumber,
1 cup cherry tomatoes,
8 ounces mozzarella pearls
Drizzle the pesto dressing over the salad, add the fresh basil leaves, and gently toss to combine.

Transfer the nectarine caprese salad to a serving platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze and a sprinkle of flaky salt.
