mashed overripe bananas
about 4 bananas

white whole wheat flour

cinnamon

teaspoon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and set aside a loaf pan.
Mash 1.5 cups of bananas (this is about 4 bananas). Add remaining wet ingredients and stir until combined.
1.5 cups mashed overripe bananas,
1/2 cup honey,
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil,
1 large egg,
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
1.75 cups white whole wheat flour,
1 teaspoon baking soda,
1 teaspoon cinnamon,
1/2 teaspoon salt
Spray loaf pan with nonstick spray and add the batter. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Let bread cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire baking rack to finish cooling before slicing. Then slice and enjoy!
