In a small, 10-ounce jar, add all of the ingredients for the base of the brownie overnight oats and whisk together until fully combined.
1/4 cup old-fashioned oats, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon ground flax seed, 1 tablespoon Dutch processed cocoa powder, 1/3 cup milk of choice, 1/4 cup plain, fat free Greek yogurt
In a separate small bowl, create the frosting with the remaining yogurt, milk, cocoa powder, and protein powder. Whisk until smooth. Pour the "frosting" layer over the overnight oats and smooth it out.
Top the frosting with the candy coated mini chocolate chips. Note that you can add sprinkles before refrigerating, but the candy coating will bleed a little. For a prettier effect, add them just prior to serving.
