Ingredients

fresh basil leaves

extra virgin olive oil

balsamic vinegar

honey

garlic

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a small blender, then blend on high for 1 minute, or until dressing is smooth and emulsified.
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves,
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil,
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar,
1 tablespoon honey,
1 clove garlic,
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt,
pinch black pepper
Serve immediately (such as on my balsamic pasta salad!) or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
