Preheat oven to 375°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper (for easier clean up, you can bake straight on the pan, too).
To a large bowl, add ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, and seasonings and mix just until combined. Use a small cookie scoop to scoop each meatball, then roll and place on the sheet pan.
To give a little extra browning on top, lightly spray or brush avocado or olive oil on top of the meatballs before baking. Bake for 15 minutes, or until meatballs reach 165°F internal temperature.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container. Enjoy!
Notes
Size Note: I use a small cookie scoop to make small meatballs, as that's what my kids prefer, but you can absolutely make these into bigger meatballs and just add 2-3 minutes cooking time (temp should still be at 165 F when done).Breadcrumb Note: You can use plain (not seasoned) breadcrumbs or gluten-free breadcrumbs, too.Note that all nutrition information is automatically calculated and is an approximation.
