Place all ingredients into a medium saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil
12 ounces fresh cranberries, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce, 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1 cup apple cider
Once mixture is boiling, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the berries have popped and mixture has thickened, the sauce is down.
Turn the heat off and let cool 10-15 minutes (the sauce will continue to thicken as it cools).
