This Acai Ice Cream is a tasty base for an acai bowl with protein. A sweet, healthy, protein-packed breakfast, snack, or dessert. Don't forget your favorite acai bowl toppings!
½cupGreek yogurtplain/nonfat or zero sugar vanilla
¼cupmilk
1scoopprotein powdervanilla or unflavored

Instructions
Add the acai, blueberries, banana, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and milk to the Ninja Creami pint. Use an immersion blender to thoroughly puree.
1 packet unsweetened acai berry puree, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup milk, 1 scoop protein powder
Cover the pint and place in the freezer. Freeze for 24 hours.
Place prepared, frozen pint in the Ninja Creami. Run on the Lite Ice Cream cycle.
The acai ice cream will likely be a little powdery after the first spin. This is normal! Return to the Ninja Creami and select the Re-Spin cycle.
After the Re-Spin, the acai ice cream should be thick and creamy. If it's not quite creamy enough (which can vary based on the milk and protein powder used), run a second Re-Spin cycle, adding a tablespoon of additional liquid if very powdery.
Immediately transfer the acai ice cream to a bowl and top with desired acai bowl toppings. Serve immediately and enjoy.
