  • 3 oz prosciutto thinly sliced


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay prosciutto slices on the parchment, careful not to overlap/ touch slices.

  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes (depending on thickness).

  4. Let cool - prosciutto will continue to crisp up as it cools.

  5. Enjoy immediately or crumble on pasta, salad, vegetable dishes, soup, or anything else that sounds good!
