2large bonelessskinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
1cupflouri.e. gluten free, whole wheat, brown rice
2Tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Combine garlic powder, paprika, and flour together. Toss the chicken pieces into the flour mixture until chicken pieces are evenly coated.
Cook chicken in skillet until chicken is golden brown (it’s okay if it’s a little underdone in the middle – it will keep cooking with the sauce for a few minutes!). Tip: You may need to cook your chicken in two batches so as not to overcrowd the pan.
Mix honey and apple cider vinegar together and pour over chicken. Cook for a few minutes, or until sauce becomes thicker and sticky.
