Ingredients
1slicewhole grain bread
3tablespoonplain, nonfat Greek yogurt
¼cupblueberries
½teaspoonhemp seeds
½teaspoonlemon zest (optional)
½teaspoonhoney (optional)
Instructions
Toast your bread to your preferred level (I recommend making sure the toast is crunchy/ sturdy enough to hold up to the toppings).
Top toast with an even layer of Greek yogurt, then add blueberries and lightly press the berries into the yogurt.
Sprinkle hemp hearts and lemon zest on top, then finish off with a little drizzle of honey should you desire. Enjoy!
