Peel oranges. Add oranges, coconut milk, orange zest, vanilla, and collagen to a blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until a smooth consistency.
Pour the blended liquid in a large bowl and add chia seeds. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least four hours or overnight so mixture can thicken.
Stir prior to serving and enjoy!
