Spinach Pesto Asparagus Prosciutto Pizza

Ingredients

Udi's gluten-free thin and crispy pizza crust
or other crust of your desire

cups
of fresh spinach
2
tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
1
tablespoon
parmesan cheese
½
teaspoon
lemon juice
½
cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
4
spears of asparagus
1
slice
prosciutto
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Prepare the spinach pesto sauce by using a food processor to combine the spinach, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, and parmesan.
Top pizza crust with the spinach pesto and then layer on the remaining toppings.
Place the pizza on a cookie sheet, pizza pan, or baking stone and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven, slice and enjoy!
