Ingredients

mango
chopped

English cucumber
chopped

lime
juice

tablespoons
rice wine vinegar

tablespoon
honey

teaspoon
Tajín Classico seasoning
Instructions
Chop mango and cucumber and add to a large bowl.
Whisk together rice wine vinegar, lime juice, honey, and tajin. Pour over mango and cucumber and stir to combine.
Salad can be served immediately, or can be chilled for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
