  • 12 oz salad greens (romaine & iceberg blend or your preference)
  • 8 oz grilled chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup seedless cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded colby jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard salad dressing


  1. Combine all ingredients on two large plates or bowls. Drizzle the dressing over last, or making it advance, set dressing aside in a separate container. Enjoy!
